Charter Services Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline & Fees under Contract Carrier Certificate #3751:

  • Cancellations made MORE THAN five (5) business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Federal holidays) prior to the scheduled travel departure date are eligible for a 75% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 25% is strictly retained by the Carrier as a non-refundable administrative and fleet-reservation fee.

  • Cancellations made five (5) business days or LESS prior to the scheduled travel departure date, as well as passenger no-shows at the designated pickup time, are 100% non-refundable. No credits or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances within this window.

2. Refund Request Protocol: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via the Carrier's designated online portal or sent directly to info@pointofdeparture.us. Refunds will only be credited back to the original form of payment used at checkout.

4.1 Extenuating Circumstances

At our sole discretion, refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to documented hospitalization, death of the ticket holder or immediate family member, or force majeure events that prevent travel. We reserve the right to request and verify supporting documentation for such extenuating circumstances.

No Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the aforementioned timeframes, or for no-shows. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses or damages arising from cancellations.
