Cancellation Policy
Individual Ticket Purchases:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Group Bookings (four (4) or more passengers):
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled travel date.
All refund requests must be submitted through our designated online portal or via written notice to info@pointofdeparture.us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Extenuating Circumstances
At our sole discretion, refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to documented hospitalization, death of the ticket holder or immediate family member, or force majeure events that prevent travel. We reserve the right to request and verify supporting documentation for such extenuating circumstances.
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the aforementioned timeframes, or for no-shows. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses or damages arising from cancellations.
